Enhancements
- Large Performance Boost! The team is now pushing optimized builds to Steam for an enhanced player experience. Initial tests are seeing large boosts to FPS

Fixes:
- Updates to reload workflows to fix edge case behaviors
- Reload interruption changes to make interruption of reloads more fluid\consistent
- Updates to ladder cosmetics to fix players being seen as floating above the ground
- Changes to stop players playing as creature from stealing the device on detonation game mode
- Updates to fix a rare behavior in which dead players could see their hands while spectating
- Updates to player bootstrapping to enforce class\loadout selection. Stops an edge case in which players would load in without a player mesh
- Fix for new summon leap visualization that could sometimes get stuck onscreen
